In January, it was announced that Doylestown dining favorite, Quinoa Peruvian and Mexican Restaurant, would be reopening at a new location in Doylestown, much to the applause and excitement of the local dining crowd. And, that day has come! Quinoa Peruvian and Mexican Restaurant opened its doors at the new location, 54 East State Street, for the first time yesterday and the reception it received was extraordinary as guests were welcomed in at the brightly decorated and inviting locale.
Now that Quinoa is open, Doylestown residents and visitors can once again enjoy all of their Quinoa menu item favorites and perhaps a few new culinary goodies as well. A few of the many extraordinary items to grace the Quinoa menu include the following: Peruvian sampler, featuring solterito de Quinoa, yucas with huancaina, palta a la reina and causa limeña; freshly-prepared guacamole; ceviche dishes of a wide array; chile poblano relleno; carapulcra, which is an enticing pork and potato Peruvian stew; chilaquiles; tempting fajitas; tacos de pescado; and, so much more. And, be sure to indulge in the popular Peruvian hot chocolate and delectable desserts, including tres leches, Quinoa flan, and helado frito, to name a few.
Also, Quinoa is a BYOB establishment, so don’t forget to bring your favorite libation to the restaurant to enjoy alongside the Quinoa culinary selections.
“We are excited to bring our culture and delicious food to the area,” states co-owner Jack Egoavil. “We want to give our patrons a little of the food we grew up eating on the Peruvian and Mexican side of the menu!”
Quinoa is open Tuesday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m., Sunday, noon–9 p.m., and closed on Mondays.
