Babalouie BBQ is the newest barbecue spot to hit Doylestown. This sensational BBQ vendor offers a wide array of delicious barbecue offerings at Stephanie’s Bar (29 South Main Street), Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m.–3 p.m., or until the menu items sell out. And, with word getting out quickly on Babalouie BBQ, you’re going to want to get there early so you don’t miss out on your favorite barbecue menu items!

Some of the delicious barbecue items which you’ll find on the Babalouie BBQ menu include Angus brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, chicken, Cabot mac ‘n cheese, big leaf collards, smoked carrots, and zesty jalapeno bombers, which are jalapeno peppers filled with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.

Babalouie BBQ Poppers

Although relatively new to Main Street, Babalouie BBQ has been serving up barbecue offerings for quite a few years now via pop-ups at local craft breweries and community events. Suffice it to say that chef-pit master Brooks Mormando knows a thing or two about barbecue and you’ll be able to attest to this fact once you taste his delicious barbecue dishes for yourself.

If you have yet to try Babalouie BBQ, head down to Stephanies Thursday through Saturday, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., and see what Brooks is cooking up for the day!
