The current coronavirus pandemic is stressful for all individuals, but even more so when those who receive in-person support can no longer do so due to social distancing requirements. Fortunately, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Bucks County is offering a wide array of services online.
In addition to reaching out to the community through social media, NAMI Bucks County is offering online support services, such as those scheduled for today, Saturday, April 4, including:
- 3 p.m.: Mental wellness group
- 7 p.m.: Youth support group
- 9 p.m.: Movie night with NAMI: “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” via Zoom
All of these online support groups and activities are free, confidential, and open to all individuals.
Learn more about these services by visiting the NAMI Bucks County website and visiting their Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages.
Most importantly, please remember you are not alone!
