Outdoor Dining in Doylestown to Begin June 5

With Bucks County entering the yellow phase of reopening on June 5, restaurants will be allowed to start offering outdoor dining with certain restrictions in place.

Restaurants that offer outdoor seating will have to adhere to certain guidelines. Some of these guidelines include:

  • Indoor areas must be closed to customers, except to allow them through to the outdoor seating area
  • Maximum occupancy limits
  • No reusable menus
  • Condiments by request only
  • No self-service stations

In addition to these state-mandated requirements, restaurants may enact their own requirements to ensure the safety of employees and diners.

Doylestown restaurants that have just announced their upcoming outdoor dining service include Penn Taproom and Genevieve’s Kitchen.

Keep checking back to the Exploring Doylestown Facebook and Instagram pages for updates as to the latest restaurants offering outdoor dining in Doylestown.

In addition to supporting local restaurants when they offer outdoor dining, the Doylestown community can continue to lend a hand to local restaurants and businesses by ordering takeout, delivery, and curbside pickup from these establishments.
